Information at the site and on social media continues to ask for patience and understanding, but organizations consider this their Super Bowl in terms of connecting with givers to continue doing what they do. Disappointment is tempered with some advanced scheduled giving but overall, concerns continue to mount of the confusion that may limit those who plan to make donations thru this well known promotion. Local organizations of all sizes hope that those who wish to donate will take the extra step and fill out the required information at the link, or at the site if and when it functions. The twenty-four hour push before next week’s start to holiday shopping has been a traditional time to support non-profits.
