The president of the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau, Kristy Barse, was in attendance at a meeting on Feb 18th that addressed the issue of Sewer and Water charges in Hastings. The so called SAC and WAC fees are an issue of debate between the City Council and area businesses. Ms. Barse provided her reaction to the meeting to KDWA News.
