The January 10th HEDRA meeting had several items on the agenda, beginning with the election of officers and vote on support staff. Acting President Martha Sullivan asked for John Hinzman to state the process before the vote

Sullivan then called for nominations. Mark Vaughan responded
All proposed were successful allowing the new year to begin under new leadership.
