At the Capitol on Presidents Day, the House of Representatives hosted Sovereignty Day, a time, said Representative Tony Jurgens of culture, information and communication that allowed him to better understand the needs of the sovereign nations that reside in Minnesota. I asked Jurgens the reason behind the visit.
