As folks lined up to support the Hastings High School Arts Department Empty Bowls fundraiser, I found a familiar face in that line and asked Executive Director of Hastings Family Service Chris Koop if she might have some news to share about the recent completion of Minnesota Foodshare Month. She did.
Koop has quite a collection of handmade ceramic ware, and reminded me that the event also benefits Hastings Family Service.
