One element of the Prescott City Budget is bond servicing of funding for projects in Prescott. City Treasurer Beth Lansing reported to the City Council that the City has used money from a bond service fund in the past, but the City may want to reassess the practice.
According to the meeting minutes, City Staff recommends a 0% increase in budget except for wages. Council agreed to start with the staff recommendation. Budget deliberations will continue until the budget is set in December.
