Former Prescott City Council member and Mayor James Arthur Richman has passed away. In addition to involvement in City Government, Richman volunteered with the Economic Development Commission, and supported the GRRVLC, and Prescott Daze. City Administrator Jayne Brand commented on his tenure.
Richman was 84.
