Incoming high school freshmen, and those aged 14 and older, are invited to learn about a different culture while serving with Servant Road, from July 19th through the 28th, of 2020, in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic. Servant Road, a non-profit 501c3 organization, has been coordinating and hosting teen missionary journeys, every other year since 1983. An organizational meeting for the 2020 trip is scheduled on October 10th, at 6 PM at Our Saviour’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 400 W. 9th Street, in Hastings. While no theology is formally taught on these trips, Servant Road participants are engaged in teaching and demonstrating servanthood, while assisting local families in need, while sharing the love of Christ.
