Utetch Named Rotary Student Of The Month

The Hastings Rotary Club has announced that the Student of the Month for November is Billy Utetch. According to the Rotary Club, Billy is an extremely dedicated student-athlete who inspires others with his unwavering faith, dedication, and work ethic in sports, the classroom, and throughout the school. He is a three sport athlete who competes in Lacrosse, Basketball, and is a captain of the Football team. Billy has been in the Link Crew program, Spanish Honor Society, the Peer Helpers, is a National Honor Society Officer, and is an FCA huddle leader team captain. He also excels in the classroom, boasting a 3.862 G.P.A. all while taking strenuous classes such as AP level classes of Language, Chemistry, Stats, and Physics, and college level Microeconomics, Public Speaking, and Psychology. Billy?s teachers, coaches, and advisors could not wait to boast about Billy and the impact he has on his peers and the Hastings community. His college plans are to either attend Winona, Bethel or River Falls to be an English teacher, or to enlist in the military.
