Coming on the heels of Monday night’s Hastings City Council decision to keep the Family Aquatic Center closed for the summer, Mayor Mary Fasbender spoke with KDWA and reiterated the reasoning presented at the meeting as to why the Center should not open this year.
It should be noted again that the Council also voted to open all city playground areas for use, with social distancing guidelines in place.
