County Highway 21, or Stagecoach Trail, in Afton will close in both directions starting Monday, June 22. The closure will be at the culvert approximately 1,000 feet north of old Putnam Road or a half mile north of St. Croix Trail. The closure is necessary to relocate existing natural gas lines on the west side of the culvert. The work and closure are anticipated to run 7 to 10 days, and is being completed in preparation for a culvert replacement project, planned for July.
