The MN Legislature was called back into special session on July 13th to deliberate Governor Walz’s declaration of continuing his Peacetime Emergency Powers. While in session, the beleaguered bonding bill also came up for discussion. Although the bill starts in the House, State Sentaor Karla Bigham commented on exlcusion of the 316 reconstruction project from the current version of the bill.
She also stated the bill would come up for deliberation again on July 20th.
