Beyond the Yellow Ribbon of Cottage Grove has picked up service of the Hastings Area as the Hastings Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Campaign has been in transition since the retirement of Dean Markuson from that organization. Recently, Hastings City Council member Lori Braucks, who is the liaison between the Hastings and Cottage Grove programs, and sits on the board, recently told KDWA that both programs are going to go through a rebranding process.
The new campaign is seeking people to volunteer for the programs. Braucks provided contact information.
The group is also on Facebook under the new name.
