The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reports that the third and final registered occupant of a plane that crashed into a water-filled gravel quarry on Grey Cloud Island on Saturday, September 13th was recovered on Thursday night, September 17th. Partial wreckage from the aircraft has also been recovered, and the investigation into the cause of the crash continues, with assistance from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner and the FAA.
