Ann Bailey, president of DARTS, recently took time out of her schedule to thank DARTS Board Emeritus members who provide niche skills, historical perspectives and valuable insights.
Bailey especially thanked Millie Gignac for mentoring on lifelong community engagement, Barb Blumer for board governance recommendations, Lance Lemieux and his vision for long term care trends, Brenda Apfelbacher who keeps an eye on affordable housing needs, and Sandy Klas for providing what Bailey termed “shrewd insights” about how current events are affecting aging.
