The Hastings Police Department reports they were very well prepared for dealing with any fallout from the Derrick Chauvin verdict that was announced on Monday. Deputy Chief of Police David Wilske provided a good report for Hastings after the verdict.
In the normal course business, the Department logged 54 entries to Police Blotter through April 12, the vast majority being routine patrol events.
