As Memorial Day approaches, a dedicated veteran advocate group, “Beyond the Yellow Ribbon”, is working to raise awareness for the needs of service members who may need assistance in the civilian world. Ray Kane, Mississippi River Valley Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Board Chair discusses how Hastings veterans can seek the services of the recently re-branded Mississippi River Valley BTYR.
He also gave examples of the work the group does.
