Absentee Voting opens June 24 for the Aug. 9 State Primary Election, including the Primary Election for the two at-large City Council seats in Hastings. Voters are encouraged to make their voices heard with an absentee ballot. Ballots may be cast at at Hastings City Hall, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4:30 PM. The Primary ballot includes a number of candidates seeking office, including seven candidates vying for the two at-Large City Council seats. Learn more on the City website.
