The City of Hastings will be able to enjoy a 4th of July Parade this year, thanks to the efforts of Nicole Sindelar, of the Hastings Golf Course, and the Hastings Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau. Nicole recently commented on how the idea came about.
