The Hastings Fire Department recently promoted three firefighters to the rank of Lieutenant, and they were presented in their new ranks at the City Council meeting on Monday evening. Fire Chief John Townsend introduced the new Lieutenants.
The Department also named a new Fire Inspector.
Stevens will work closely with Fire Marshal Al Storlie in investigating causes of fires.
