Miss Hastings for 2022, Jasmine Kotek, recently participated in the 2022 Miss Minnesota Scholarship Competition, held at Grace Church in Eden Prairie. According to a press release, Kotek was candidate #14 at the preliminary competition, and finished the weekend in the # 12 spot in the semifinals. The 2022 Miss Minnesota Scholarship Competition winner was Native American contestant Rachel Evangelisto, of Minneapolis, who represented Winona in the Competition.
