Because of COVID-19, the City of Prescott has become setup to work from home. As a result of the pandemic this was being done on a rotating basis to make sure that there were no major outbreaks that would force the shut down of City Hall. It is now being requested as an option for employees to work from home once a week to accomplish a variety of tasks if they so choose. This type of policy is something that is being implemented by many cities and includes many neighboring communities. The Prescott City Council will deliberate a resolution to establish a work-from-home policy for City employees at the City Council meeting on Monday evening.
