Two concept plans for redevelopment of the property at 445 Court Street in Prescott came before the Prescott City Council on Monday evening, after the Council issued a Raze Order against the current building on the parcel. City Administrator Matt Wolf briefed the Council on the Concept Plans.
The Council discussed density issues, whether the units would be rental or owner-occupied, and the steps moving forward, with submission of a Site Plan. The owner of the land is currently seeking bids to demolish the current building, and would look to start developing the property sometime in 2023, according to Wolf. The Council approved the Concept Plan for the lower-density option.
