The fate of the renovation project at the Hastings Civic Arena is currently in limbo as a major portion of hoped-for funding from the State Legislature did not materialize this year. On Tuesday evening, City Administrator Dan Wietecha advised the City Council on the status of the project.
After discussing the issue, the Council supported the option to delay the project.
