United Way of Hastings continues to develop programs to combat the opioid and illegal Fentanyl epidemic in Hastings. Because UWH does not have inexhaustible supplies of funding or manpower, Helping Kids Succeed Program Manager Jane Neumiller Bustad has turned to ISD 200 students for help
