Prescott Girl Scout Troop 57742 recently lent their time, talents and energy to the Prescott School District when the troop helped with new construction at the Malone Elementary outdoor classroom. According to the School District, Girl Scouts constructed two new garden beds, put together a compost bin, and constructed and installed a bird feeder tree. Parents and troop members measured, cut, dug, drilled and scooped their way through the projects. The Prescott School District expressed appreciation for the hands-on help and community service from the Troop.
