On Monday evening, the Hastings City Council heard an update from Community Development Director John Hinzman regarding progress at the Confluence. He advised the Council that the completion date for the project needs to be pushed to Spring of ’23, due to unforeseen circumstances.
After discussion, the Council authorized the extension of the substantial completion date out to May 31.
