Hanisch Bakery in Red Wing has become the supplier of baked good and pastries for the M and H gas station in Hastings, and bakery owner Bill Hanisch told KDWA that the main facility in Red Wing is being prepared for an expansion.
When asked about specialty items, such as Santa and Reindeer cakes that Hanisch Bakery produces, Bill commented that these items can be a big part of a local bakery’s success.
