On Monday, the Prescott City Council began their meeting with a Proclamation in remembrance of Public Works Foreman Douglas Whaley, who lost his life in a traffic accident while assisting a stranded motorist on February 6th in Oak Grove Township. Mayor Rob Daugherty read the Proclamation to the Council.
