The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office reports that Captain Bryan Hermerding recently returned home to the DCSO after graduating from the 285th Session of the FBI National Academy, a professional development course for United States and international law enforcement leaders. According to information provided by the DCSO, the ten-week FBI National Academy serves to improve the administration of justice in law enforcement agencies, both at home and abroad. Participation in this premium training is by invitation only and is extended to law enforcement executives through a nomination process. Previous DCSO graduates of this program include Commander Rick Schroeder and Sheriff Joe Leko. The DCSO administrators and staff congratulate Captain Hermerding on this prestigious accomplishment.
