The proposed renovation of Pleasant Drive in Hastings came before the City Council on Monday evening as the Council was asked to consider awarding the contract for the renovations. Public Works Director Ryan Stempski briefed the Council on the bids received.
Included with the main bid was an alternate bid for trail expansion on the bridge.
The Council approved the BCM Construction bid and alternate bid by unanimous vote.
