The Winter of 2022/2023 has finally released its grip on the KDWA listening area, and there is no better way to rediscover the beauty of our area than by visiting local natural areas, such as Freedom Park in Prescott. Linda Schenk, Operations Director for Freedom Park Great River Road Visitor & Learning Center, recently visited the KDWA studios to invite listeners to come and get a dose of sunshine.
Of course, keeping Freedom Park in tip-top shape requires a lot of work, and Park Staff never turn down the assistance of volunteers.
