A redevelopment plan for a portion of downtown Prescott is moving its way through the approval process, and on Monday evening, the City Council was asked to consider the concept plan for the development. City Administrator Matt Wolf briefed the Council on the plan.
After discussion of parking accommodations and accessibility by emergency vehicles, the Council approved the concept plan by majority voice vote.
