Caribou Coffee is now open in Coborn’s Grocery in Hastings, and celebrated with a “Grand Opening” on Friday morning. Manager Kacie Boettcher said the prep to get the store open was a fairly fluid process.
She also commented on the inaugural team of servers for the new store.
The shop is open from 6 AM to 8 PM daily, and features a drive-through for extra convenience.
