Carpenter St. Croix Valley Nature Center Orchardist and Sustainable Ag Instructor Sam Behrends has been recognized as the Outstanding Agricultural Education Teacher. This honor is presented by the Wisconsin Association of Agricultural Educators to teachers in ten different regions of Wisconsin. Sam was chosen by his fellow educators in Section 1 (the northwest region) to receive this recognition.
