Prescott Well Remediation Proposal Approved

The Prescott City Council considered options on Monday for remediation of Well #3, due to threshold levels of PFAS found in the water at the well. City Administrator Matt Wolf provided a timeline of the issue.

The Council approved a proposal for reverse osmosis treatment with a granular activated carbon filter, at a cost of $3,835,000, for submission to the WI DNR for grant funding for the project.
