The City of Hastings advises motorists that use Westview Drive that Centerpoint Energy plans to close a portion of Westview Drive between Highway 55 and Hillside Drive for Friday, August 11th. Centerpoint Energy will be doing utility construction work on the closed portion of Westview Drive. The detour uses Pleasant Drive and South Frontage Road to get around the closure. The closure is not expected to last beyond Friday.
