On Monday evening, the Hastings City Council was asked to hold a public hearing and approve a resolution for consenting to the Issuance of Health Care Facilities Revenue Bonds by the Duluth Economic Development Authority to finance projects proposed by Regina Senior Living. City Administrator Dan Wietecha introduced the measures.
The Council unanimously approved the resolution.
