On Monday evening, River City Stitch presented a proposal to expand their building in Prescott to the City Council for approval of the Site Plan for the expansion. City Administrator Matt Wolf introduced the measure.
The Council did inquire of owner Kim French as to the reasoning behind the expansion.
The Council approved the measure by unanimous voice vote.
