The case of the murder of Kelly Kocurek at a motel in Hastings in 2021 continues to move through the judicial system. Deanna Dahl recently visited with KDWA as part of October’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and she said that the case is moving forward, but has had some snags.
According to Dakota County, Kyle Steven Williams is charged with 2nd degree intentional murder. The trial is set for Feb. 20th.
