The Hastings City Council met at Hastings City Hall on Monday night, and one of the big topics on the agenda was the “Truth in Taxation” release from the City, including a presentation from Chris Eitemiller (pictured) on where the City money will be coming from, increases, decreases, and a complete rundown as to how the City comes up with the numbers.
