The Hastings Fire Department has been busy over the Holidays, and now after the first of the year, the second large rural house fire in a month rocked the Tri-County Area, this time on Tuesday afternoon and evening, on the 12000th block of Jerry Path, in Nininger Township. Chris Paulson of the Hastings Fire Department spoke with KDWA’s Nick Tuckner, to talk about the call, response, and some great news, with the family dog also being rescued, and the entire family escaping unharmed.
