The Minnesota Department of Transportation selected Dakota County’s application to make interchange improvements at County Highway 42 and US Highway 52 in Rosemount. The $2.4 million grant awarded for the project will bring improvements to the existing diamond interchange, including two new traffic signals, several turn-lane improvements, and other improvements to the ramps and County Highway 42.
