Former Mayor Paul Hicks Recognized for Work at Capitol

On Monday, May 20, which was the final day of the Minnesota legislative session, former Hastings Mayor Paul Hicks was recognized for his 41 years of service working at the Minnesota House of Representatives in the Chief Clerk’s Office. Representative Leon Lillie introduced the resolution.
