From the Hastings Police Department Accident Report, Hastings Police responded to a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of Highway 316 and Tiffany Drive on March 23rd. Investigating officers issued a citation issued to 18-year-old Hastings resident Kayleigh Esther Erwin for failure to drive with due care. The report does not indicate there were any injuries in the accident. On March 28th, officers were called to the area of 8th and Ramsey to investigate a report of a vehicle striking a parked vehicle. Officers responding to the scene issued a citation to 31-year-old Hastings resident Tamara Marie Judge for failure to drive with due care. The report indicates there were no injuries in the incident. And, officers responded to an accident in the 800 block of 4th Street West for a hit and run accident. Officers cited Christopher Terrell Malone, Jr., 27, of Cottage Grove, with leaving the scene of an accident. The second vehicle was unoccupied at the time of the accident.
