Students from Prescott School District participated in the Drama Rama Festival at Amery Middle School on Saturday, November 9. The festival was comprised of students from Prescott, Osceola, Amery and Baldwin-Woodville. Prescott brought 6 teams made up of 43 actors from grades 3 through 8, and participated in either the Published Manuscript or the Extemporaneous categories. During their 6-10 minute performance, teams were judged on voice, character, stage movement, and overall interpretation of their play. Each team was awarded points and either a Blue or Red Ribbon. They also received feedback from the judges on their performance. The Prescott teams garnered 2 first place awards, 4 blue ribbons, and two red ribbons.
