The Hastings Raiders Girls Hockey Team opened the Section 3AA Playoffs on Wednesday night, with a 2-0 win over the Burnsville Blaze, in a game where the Raiders were never really threatened by the young Blaze squad. Abbey Putnam and Sara Pevonka scored the Raider Goals, with Senior Goalie Brooke Weber earning her 8th shutout of the year, with 14 saves. The Raiders will take on the Apple Valey-Eastview winner on Saturday at 7pm in Inver Grove Heights, LIVE on KDWA. We will have more with Head Coach Jeff Corkish on Thursday afternoon!
