On Friday, June 6th, Grandpa Larry’s 2nd Annual Golf Shootout took place at the Mississippi Dunes Golf Links in Cottage Grove. 35 golfers attended and the event raised $3,000 to help feed the hungry. $2,000 went to Hastings Family Service food shelf and $1,000 went to the Red Wing food shelf. Larry Schinke organized this shootout because he enjoys finding ways to help out his community. Schinke talks about the Golf Shootout.
