The Hastings City Council held a public hearing at its July 20th meeting to consider approval of a sidewalk cafe and liquor license amendment for Bella Vista restaurant in downtown Hastings. City Administrator Melanie Mesko Lee presented the amendment to the council.
The amendment passed with a unanimous vote.
