Todd Siewert of Siewert Construction stopped by the KDWA studios on Tuesday to provide information on the new apartment structure being built on County Road 46/47 in the south end of Hastings. Siewert talked about schedules and delays in the process.
The new facility will be a four-floor building when completed.
